Enzymes also play a role in digestion and blood clotting. Making your own bio enzyme at home  is an easy way to supplement your diet with this important protein factor. Here’s how to do it: 1. Find a source of raw, organic enzymes. Many health food stores carry enzymes in powder or pill form. Check the ingredients list to be sure the enzymes you choose are organic and free from synthetic additives. 2. Combine the enzyme powder with some water in a small glass or ceramic bowl. Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes, or unt
